Ovulation Calculator

Trying to conceive? Enter the first day of your last period and your average cycle length. We will estimate your fertile window and your most fertile days, so you know when to try.

This is the date your last period started, not when it ended.

Count from the first day of one period to the first day of the next. Most people have a 28-day cycle.

Already pregnant? Work out your due date

This calculator assumes ovulation happens about 14 days before your next period and that an egg can be fertilised for around a day, with sperm surviving up to five days. Every cycle is different, so treat these dates as a guide. If you have been trying for a while without success, speak with your GP or a fertility specialist.
